"This piece was inspired by a photo of a beautiful rose bush, with the most heavenly scent, while visiting the botanical gardens in Montreal, Quebec earlier this summer. The colour combinations and the play of sunlight at that particular time of the day, caught my eye and I couldn’t wait to capture the moment on canvas!"
