"Salty," 18" x 18"
Felt in a floating Wood Frame.
18" x 18" x 9"
Part of Rob's "Felt Box Project." Visual and functional! Chaotic in design and calming in its ability to absorb sound. Made from scrap felt cutouts to practice sustainability. Crafted by hand. Intensely unique and alluring.
"The chaotic arrangements of industrial felt were cut and set by hand to create random variations. The basic objects used here are variable in nature, representing the syntactic base of the artistic narration in the form of decentralized net with its beginning and end somewhere in the infinity, passing from one piece to another."
