“The background is a new style for me. I used different papers, acrylic paint and mark making to create the layered effect. The overlay is all collage using comic strips for the hair, mostly in purple and orange for highlights. Her face is a collage the wonderword from the newspaper. I used chalk to create some definition on her face.”
