Inspired by the past and in anticipation of new beginnings, these collections are deeply personal to me. objects that I’ve chosen, remind me of people who have had a profound impact on my life. the often-present theme of Memento Mori (“remember you will die”) is a reminder of the transient nature of people and things. sentimental objects, pulling me to the past, are purposely chosen to preserve precious moments while evoking a sense of permanence that helps me feel closer to people and places that have since disappeared.
