"So how does "Milk and Honey" represent joy? Well, to some it might just be a tall milk bottle filled with gold flowers, some black ink and a symbolic bird of paradise. But to me, this is joy, captured in art. It represents the memory of the first time I could be truly be free of worry and guilt and just be content with the knowledge that my family was happy and healthy and loved. My children are the light of my life and, through my art. I want to share this joy with the world."
