"The theme of the exhibition sparked a connection in me right away. My art is rooted in spirituality, intuition and the divine feminine. For me, being rooted is being completely in our bodies and nature. The way I represent women is completely interconnected with nature, showing our deep connection to it, but also our inner nature. This ability that nature has to anchor us, to bring us back home to the present moment. The only one that ever existed, the essence of this experience. Being rooted is the only way for me to live a life of truth and authenticity in a world that can feel disconnected and that seems to have forgotten where we come from."
