Kefi Art Gallery is selling fine art featured on the gallery’s website. We act as a liaison between the artists and collectors. Whether artists are emerging or established, all of them have been carefully selected by the gallery and we guaranty that all presented works are original high-quality works of art.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE IN?
We currently process orders and charges in Canadian currency (CAD). Orders placed outside of Canada will be converted to your home currency through your banking provider. If you’re visiting from another country, try using xe.com to see the latest currency conversions.
IF I AM IN THE GTA (GREATER TORONTO AREA), CAN I PICK-UP THE WORK?
Yes, a FREE pickup in Toronto can be arranged for a time that is convenient for you once any preparation for the painting is ready. Contact us directly for local pick-up or select it during check-out.
Kefi Art Gallery offers shipping across the globe. Some orders will be shipped directly from the artists’ studios.
Contact us if you don't see a shipping quote automatically calculated at the checkout. This can happen if the painting requires an oversized box. In this case, we'll get the shipping quote from our shipping supplier.
Your painting will be packed with the utmost care, and proper insulation, ensuring its safety during the shipping cycle.
HOW ARE SHIPPING RATES CALCULATED DURING CHECKOUT?
Shipping rates are based on the dimension of packaging (which is determined by the size of the painting you buy), the weight and your geographic location (country). This information is in the system, and as you check out on the website, the system will pick up the shipping cost relating to the size of the painting and your geographical location.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed on the website will be processed in two business days.
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please make sure you check your spam folder in the event you have not received it in your inbox.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
We want you to be happy and love your purchased artwork. If for any reason you are not happy - notify us within 48 hours (2 days) after you’ve received the artwork. The work should be returned in the exact same condition as you initially received it. We do not refund shipping costs.
RETURN shipping costs will have to be paid by the buyer.
If you are interested in seeing your selected artwork(s) in your space, we are happy to do a “Virtual Hanging“ for you. Just take a picture of the space in your home or office where you envision placing the artwork. This will help you visualize the artwork you have chosen from our website in your home.
WHAT IF THE PAINTING GETS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT?
Artworks are covered by insurance. If any damage or loss occurs during shipment, you will receive a full refund of your payment. Make sure to inspect the package and art soon after it arrives. If you see any issues please take photos and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Art held beyond 48 hours (upon actual delivery time to client) will be considered arrived safely.
ARE WORKS SOLD ON KEFI ART GALLERY FRAMED?
Most works on the Kefi Art gallery are not framed unless noted in the product description as “Framed.” If the work is not framed, when you make a purchase, you can let us know that you want the work framed. We will make sure we find the perfect frame for you. When the work is unframed, Kefi Art Gallery offers framing at extra cost and you will be charged for this on top of the price of the artwork. DO ARTWORKS COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?
Yes, absolutely! All artworks for sale at Kefi Art Gallery come with a certificate of authenticity that is signed by the artist and the gallery. Furthermore, all editions (photographs, prints, etc.) are numbered and signed by the artist.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE WORK WILL LOOK RIGHT OR FIT MY SPACE?
Feel free to send us a photo of the wall of where you’re thinking of hanging it along with the dimensions of the space and we can do a digital mockup for you! We can offer you a personalized selection of about twenty works that will be chosen for you based on your taste, preference, and budget. To receive this selection, you can contact us at hello@kefiartgallery and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LIMITED EDITION AND AN OPEN EDITION PRINT?
Limited editions suggest only a limited number of prints can be made available for purchase in the edition. For example, in a 15-print limited edition, once all 15 prints have sold, the prints will no longer be available. All prints are numbered (e.g. 1/15) and signed by the artist. The exclusive nature of a limited edition print effectively raises its value. Unlike limited edition prints, open edition prints may be endlessly reproduced. Because there is no limit to the number of prints that can be made, open edition prints are priced lower than limited edition prints.
TAXES AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
Canadian customers are charged TAX at checkout (a percentage depending on your province).
For international customers, your own country’s customs can ask you to pay taxes and fees when the artwork arrives in your country. Such customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. For the USA, rules and regulations may differ depending on the state or change over time.
HOW CAN I BUY ART ONLINE FROM YOUR GALLERY?
Click on the artwork you like, press ADD TO CART if you want to buy it. You can continue shopping by browsing our online gallery and add more works. Review your selected artworks by clicking CART in the top right corner of the screen. You can always remove artwork if you’ve changed your mind.
Press CHECKOUT when you are ready to complete your order. We’ll get in touch to confirm your purchase and all shipping details.
We accept all credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX. If can also pay as e-transfer or wire-transfer - we’ll send you an invoice after the order has been placed and ship the work when the invoice is paid in full.
Our store is hosted on an online e-commerce platform - Shopify. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
CAN I COMMISSION AN ARTWORK?

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?

USE & COPYRIGHT
Purchasing the art grants you the right to install and use the painting as residential or corporate décor. The artwork may not be altered in any way. Reproductions cannot be made unless authorized by Kefi Art Gallery. The Artist holds the copyright to the image of sold artwork and may use the image for prints, publication and promotion.
