Created entirely from memory, this deeply personal multilayer oil painting captures a hidden bay along the Pacific Ocean inlet—an enchanting place Anastasia discovered not far from Vancouver. Serene and soul-stirring, the scene reflects the quiet majesty of the mountains mirrored in still waters beneath an open sky.

"I stumbled upon this place last year,” Anastasia shares, “and it instantly became one of my most treasured memories. It gave me space to breathe, to reflect, and to reconnect with myself. This painting is my way of holding onto that feeling and sharing it with others.”

Built up through four methodically applied layers of oil paint, the artwork has a rich, textured surface that invites the viewer in. The vivid colors—bold yet soothing—glow with a depth and vibrancy that mirrors the emotional resonance of the scene itself. More than a landscape, this painting is a quiet meditation on memory, nature, and the places that bring us peace.
