"What makes a home? Home is more so, how we perceive it, then how in reality it exists. It’s the way we remember and envision it, allowing us to transcend this dimension and travel back in time. Our home is our past, present and future all at once. Our dreams and realities. Our escape and our limitation. Our homes are alive, at the very least, in our imagination.

A row of houses, appearing identical, yet unique in their own way. We can appear to be more similar than we really feel on the inside. Expressing who we are is part of how we tell our story.  An intention we have throughout our lives."

Jodi Kitto-Ward's work is strongly influenced by line, colour and expression. Her style is representational, vibrant and simplified in form, evoking influences of Pop Art and Art Deco. Her artwork can be found in public and private collections within Canada.
